Position of the hotel close to museum of innocence and possibility to visit istiklal street. Mikla Restaurant, set within 10 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. We strongly recommend it with confidence.

This hotel in a great area of the city of Istanbul is a fantastic place to stay. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with a small kitchen, providing great value for money. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, making sure that guests are happy and comfortable. The hotel is located in a fun neighborhood of Istanbul, surrounded by many small coffee shops and excellent restaurants, perfect for exploring and enjoying local cuisine. The breakfast offers a variety of delicious foods, ensuring guests start their day off right.

All was fine during my stay at this hotel.

Unfortunately it was the poorest hotel I have ever stayed , It is really difficult to call this property as a hotel , it must be called as a pension. The staff was very poor , I called the reseption many times but was very difficult to find the staff there. The room cleaning wasn't complaited , they let the hot water only after I complaint . They couldn't give me an invoice (still waiting by post) , I didn't see any officel sign from tourism ministry and I'm very unsere if it is really a lincenced hotel. I'm very unhappy to see this hotel in residence catagory in Booked.net and waiting a proper answer for my comlaints as a repeat quest of Booked.net .

The hotel is located in an area with plenty of great restaurants and bars, making it a great place to base oneself. The rooms are very spacious and clean with fast and stable Wi-Fi. The staff is friendly enough but could use more training on basic customer service skills.

The hotel suffers from extremely noisy surroundings both outside and inside, making it impossible to have a good night's sleep.

Value for money was ok! Service was very good and the location too.

Wifi worked only on the ground floor but not in the rooms.

The breakfast served was tasty and had a good variety of options. the hotel had a nice atmosphere that made me feel comfortable during my stay.

The hotel can be quite noisy at times. The music from the bar can be heard throughout the night and might disturb your sleep.

Good position for visiting the city. Beautiful room.
